31 March 2015 – Frederik Van Lierde Victory AT Ironman® African Championship in South Africa

Everything went according to plan!

I have been Frederik Van Lierde‘s coach for the last 4 years now.
After only 3 years of working together, we have managed to win the Hawaii Ironman® World Championship in 2013.
But as I have always said: the real goal was to take the time to grow.

This year I needed to find new ways to stimulate Fred’s body.
It seems I have found the way to go!
